Regarding our return policy if the consumer is not pleased with their purchase returned with in 3 business days. The returned hair CAN NOT be worn, patterned disturbed, hair has to sealed with the original label; meaning it the bundle cannot be unraveled (CLOSURES, WIGS, FRONTALS are all final sale!) and must be placed in its original packaging.
Here at Designer Label Co we do not honor shipping and handling fees once the purchase has been confirmed. If there is a mishap on Designer Label Co with hair texture, inches, or types we will do our best to satisfy and cover shipping and handling fees.
